Unwilling+To+Love:Sasuke:

“Why the hell is I here with you” A 15 year old fuming Sasuke asked. “Because the village wants to test your loyalty idiot” Hayami screamed. “Would you rather me or Sakura” “In this case Sakura” he said.  Sasuke had just come back to Kohana of course no one trusted him. Why should they? Hayami and Sasuke were on this mission to certify their alliance with the Raikage.  This was also so that the village could test Sasuke’s loyalty.  She didn’t volunteer for this but Tsunade sensed the bad blood between you two and went with her best interest to clear it, because you two were one of the best ninja’s.
“Well maybe you should have asked for her snake boy” you replied. “Whatever kisses up”, he said. “Fuck you Sasuke” she screamed at him. “Oh shut up” he said “You’re making noise” “Look Sasuke I don’t like you and you don’t like me. I’d prefer we didn’t talk at all during this mission.” Hayami said obviously pissed off. “Hn” he said as he looked ahead not even caring what she said. For a couple hours the two walked. No words were exchanged based on their agreement. Though Sasuke did not need words to know how Hayami was feeling but who would. The feelings she refused to say were expressed on her face. Did he really do that to someone as strong as Hayami?
When the sun finally went down Hayami found herself getting tired even though she didn’t feel it physically.  ’I told myself I wouldn’t think about it. Why do I still care! I make myself tired’ Hayami thought. She needed to rest her mind which basically meant sleep. “Sasuke” she asked. “What now” he asked looking to see what was bothering the silver head. “Ready to turn in”, she asked actually sounding weaker than planned.  ‘Damn it that sounded weak!’ she thought regretting ever talking. “What’s the matter with you” he asked. “Nothing” she said her voice back to sounding strong. “Whatever. Well yeah that town up ahead should stop there” he said. “Ok” she said.  As they walked to the town Sasuke kept sneaking peaks at Hayami. ‘Ok now I know something’s up. Now she’s tired this is unlike her’ he thought as they reached the inn. “Two rooms please” he said as he looked at the girl leaning against the wall.

Timeskip: Location: Room 22



Hayami laid on her bed. ‘He’s an arrogant, asshole who thinks highly of himself’ she thought‘And that’s what you love about him’</b> her double personality, shy and emotional,  said to her. ‘Yeah right, me love him, who do you think you’re fooling‘‘Surely not you. You know you do’</I>‘Maybe so what’‘Nothing be proud of those feelings…’</I> the voice said fading away. She began to remember when she became completely distant.

Rewind:3 years Location: Outside Kohana Gates


“Sasuke you ass hole! What are you doing?”  a frantic Hayami yelled at an exiting Uchiha.

“I’m going to Orochimaru” he said simply.

“What did he promise you cookies” she asked.

“No he promised me power”

“All he wants is your body idiot!” she screamed at him. He turned around and looked at her.

”If that is what it takes to kill him…I’d do it a hundred times.” he said. This caused Hayami to gasp.

“So you’d leave…what I…THOUGHT we had”

“…Yes…”

“Well then your…all settled. See ya whenever…

She recited as she watched him jump away. A couple tears running down her face.

Fast forward

A few minuscule tears ran down her face remembering the depressing moment. She rolled on her back and stared at the ceiling an image of his face popped into her head. ‘ Damn it maybe I…Maybe I’ “Do love him” she whispered. “Now your crying, What’s wrong with you” a voice asked. Her body and mind numbed.  ‘Sasuke…’ she thought, by which was the only thing she could think. ‘Its that bad girl…you cant even use your basic ninja skills…Your in love him’   She sat up the tears ,once stationary in her eyes, fell onto her legs before rolling off. “W-what?” she stuttered a small blush on her face. “What’s wrong with you?” he asked from the other side of the room. “What do you mean” “You’ve been physically and emotionally distressed since I got back, even Sakura got over it within a couple of days.” “I’m fine Sasuke” she said.  All to carefully she got up and walked over to him. Her grey eyes glossy with tears that had yet to fall. “Why would you think that” she asked turning to go the her bag. “Hayami. Don’t lie to me” “Alright Sasuke… I’m confused. Emotions are something I didn’t have to deal with for 3 years. Why are they coming out now? When I’m not even supposed to display them? Is it because of you?” she asked herself more than him ruffling her silver hair.. “Hayami. I saw you while I was gone. No matter what you say you’ve had these feelings for a while. I just want to know what they are” he said his face blank. She turned around on her heel glaring at him. “I-I don’t know. Usually I have all the answers but this time I don’t” she said looking at him with pitiful face something she didn’t usually have. “Do you like me?” “Maybe” she blushed. “I think I love you Hayami.” “What” she said focusing on him. “Your not like the other girls you weird and quirky.” “I cant love you” she said. “Why not?” “You want know. Sasuke I hate you! You left in the middle of the night then you didn’t even want to talk to me! You left what we had! Or at least what I thought we had…You were my-” she was interrupted by a soft kiss on the lips. Soft yet passionate, it gave Hayami a sense of safety, and with Sasuke that was nearly impossible. When the kiss broke Hayami hugged him tightly. “You broke my heart and yet I’m willing to love you…” “I’m sorry Hayami, but please will you be willing to love me” he asked hugging her back.  “Of course I cant be unwilling to you” she said with a smile. ‘ Go ahead girl get your man!’
